At Tweens, we want you to love your new style, so if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
